Alexandru Regent
Cozy
£89.00
An Autumn special, the art connecting with the poem under the sentiment of its title, Cozy.
Ink on watercolour paper, A5. Signed and serialised alongside the authenticity emboss. Fine art on reverse made of tumble dryer lint carefully attached using gilding glue; it’s giving jumper. I’m fascinated by the different colours and textures that form naturally during drying cycles. I love working with materials that would have otherwise been discarded; it’s a huge part of my art practice. Occasionally some hair might escape my cleaning process and remain in the lint; if you find this a bit gross, that’s fair and it’s probably not for you.
Includes a personal note addressed to the keeper. Packed with care in the classic Stay Awhile box.
FYI before you buy, the fine art in the image is a sample; you’ll very likely receive something similar but not identical. You’re buying art, not ordering dinner.
